SCHEDULING

 

First, determine my availability by completing and submitting a REQUEST FORM. If I am available, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. You will receive a request via the payment service you requested. Please schedule within 14 days to avoid additional upfront fees (see below). 

 

Once paid, a service contract will be emailed to you stating the booking details you provided. It will also reference your deposit and balance owed. When corrections are no longer necessary, you need only respond to the email with "I agree to the terms of the attached Service Agreement, and you are booked.

Balances must be remitted upon setup to commence services.

ADDITIONAL FEES

 

8-13 days notice - $50

1-7 days notice - $100

These fees will be in addition to/must be paid with your booking fee, and are also non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS

 

You will be contacted 72 hours prior to your event to confirm it is still happening. This will occur first by phone call, then text and email. Failure to respond by 11:59pm on the date you are contacted will be deemed a cancellation. An email and text will be issued accordingly.

A $100 fee will be required to reactivate your event. It, and the balance specified in the Service Agreement you received, are immediately due. You will, again, receive email confirmation upon receipt of the reactivation funds.
